Please be informed that effective July 1, 2015, 123RF is required to withhold tax from all U.S. based downloads with 123RF in compliance with the U.S. tax laws, where applicable. Downloads that occur anywhere else shall remain unaffected.
The amount that 123RF will withhold is based on the country of your residence, and the rate of withholding tax on royalty payments specified in the income tax treaty between that country and the U.S. Our website has been updated with a Tax Wizard to help all contributors determine their taxable income category and fulfill their respective tax obligations.
