Please email me back to let me know if you agree to our policy upon the consequences and options if your order is returned from Russian customs and we will continue to process your order. If you disagree, please email me back as well so that we can refund and cancel the order.
We are experiencing a lot of problems with packages being returned to us from Customs.
We have a return policy on all international orders that are returned. We try to work with our customers the best way we can on any returned packages. On all returned orders, you have two options that you can choose:
• If the package is returned because of Customs, you can request a refund for the entire order less than shipping cost. We will be glad to refund you for the merchandise, but we are not responsible for any shipping cost.
• The second option is you can request for us to reship your package. You will be responsible for all additional shipping cost.
We are responsible, as a company, to process your order and get it shipped out. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is beyond our control of how long it takes the package to be delivered. Most international packages leave the USA within 3-5 business days. Most of the time, the package has reached to the destination country but the country has not scanned the package for arrival. During certain times of the year the packages have actually been in the country’s possession for several weeks but have not been scanned for arrival. This does not mean that the package has been lost. US Postal Service is trying to work with all countries to get each country to scan all packages as soon as it arrives in the country to help prevent individuals wondering why their package tracking has not yet been updated. During the holiday season, it usually takes the packages longer to arrive than normally, due to the increase of shipping volume.

International Policy
Due to the cost of shipping, we will no longer ship swords internationally.
The Minimum order to be shipped to an international location is $100.00 (Not including Shipping Cost) due to the time involved in processing the orders.
We can only ship to the credit card billing address, so your billing and shipping must be the same. All addresses will be verified through your bank.
Due to the problem of fraud orders, any customer who is placing the first order with us and use credit card to pay for the order, you will receive the other email from us ask you to send the copy of your credit card that you use for the order to be verified.
We do accept credit cards, Pay Pal, Western Union and Wired Transfer.
Please Note: We will not ship from one country billing address to another country, unless payment is made by Paypal, Western Union or Wired Transfer.

$36.95 for first 3 pounds, $200.00 insurance included and $4.50 per an additional pound.
Shipping Time: 5 Business days to the customs department of a particular country once we ship.

Once your order leaves the USA, it will not be updated in the system until customs scan your package.
For all international customers, you will be responsible for the insurance fee of your package as it will cost you $1.20 / $100.00 value.
Insurance fee will be added to your order since the order has been processed.
Due to the weight of the package, we will contact and inform the customer via Email for the extra shipping cost (Additional Weight or Surcharges) since the order has been processed.
If you pay for the order with credit card, we will automatically charge Insurance fee and Additional weight or surcharges to your credit card. If you pay for the order by Paypal, we will contact you via Email for you to pay insurance fee and additional weight of your package through Paypal. So please make sure to check your email address that you use for the order.
Defective / Warranty
For all international customers, we ask you to deal directly with the manufacture on any defective item or warranty issue.
In case you are not satisfied with the product, you can send any item back to us for the refund only, no replacement or exchanged on any item.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping cost.
Returned / Refund Policy
For any returned package, you will be charged $30.00 Re-stocking fee.
For any retuned package, we will give you a refund for the purchase price (less $30.00 re-stocking fee, any shipping fee and Insurance fee) as either a refund onto your credit card, PayPal if that is how you paid
For the lost package we will give you a refund for the entire amount of the order, minus Insurance Fee.
Lost Packages
For lost parcels of international orders, you must wait 45 days, no more than 90 days from the shipping date in which your order shipped. Please contact us at
[email protected] if you still have not received the package within 45 -90 days. We will file the claim for the lost package so you can receive your money back.
Please note that if you have received your package while the claim is being processed, the claim will then be automatically closed.
If we receive your package while the claim is being processed, the claim will then be automatically closed and we will treat your package as a returned package.
Damaged
If you receive the package that is damaged, we do need you contact us at
[email protected] . We can file claim immediately but we do need the picture of any damaged merchandise or any evidence from Customs or Local Post Office to prove of damaged.
The claim processing will take up 3-4 weeks to be complete; once the claim is completed we will refund money back onto your credit card, if Paypal is how you paid
Charged Back / Disputed
In case the customer files charged back to us before we have a chance to s
