Lots of changes to mugger mechanics

Lots of changes to mugger mechanics: the chance of mugging decreased, the minimal sum of cash you need to have to meet mugger increased to $150 (was $100), the "safe" period after encountering robbery is increased to 4 days (was 2), lowered stats of first muggers.

Fixed a bug with the wrong position of a "Fight" button on some resolutions
Fixed wrong reward (giving reward even after the lose) when managing your career
Made the perk "thin guy" not so overpowered (nerfed AGL build a bit)
Fixed not working movie shoot/gang wars button
Fixed flashing "!" when you don't have enough skill points
Added a small icon appearing when you can click and skip a speech bubble and slightly decreased the minimal dialog time, so you can skip them faster

Final fights made a little less grindy.
