The Landlord must return the Security deposit no later than the specified date if the Tenants have not violated the terms of this Agreement.
VI Terms of the Agreement.
1. The Tenants shall vacate the apartment no later than the specified date of this agreement.
2. The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and prepared to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner.
3. The Tenants shall pay for any damage done to the premises over and above normal wear and tear.
4. The Tenants shall have no more than 2 (two) persons reside or sleep on the premises.
5. The Tenants shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners.
6. The Landlord shall provide towels, linens, dishware and other basic household items. Toilet paper, soap, dish detergent, laundry soap, shampoos, and other consumables are to be purchased by the Tennant.
VII Cancellation Policies
1. For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 p.m. if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund.
2. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
3. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
