EXW-франко завод«Франко-завод» означает, что продавец выполняет свою обязанность по поставке, когда он сделал товары доступные на его территории (т.е. работ, фабрика, склад, и т.д.) к покупателю. В частности он не отвечает за погрузку товара на транспортное средство, предоставленное покупателем или для очистки товара для экспорта, если не оговорено иное. Покупатель несет все расходы и риски в принятии товара от продавца к месту назначения. Таким образом, этот термин представляет собой минимальное обязательство для продавца.Этот термин не следует использовать, когда покупатель не в состоянии выполнить прямо или косвенно экспортные формальности. Notice to the sellerWhenever he is entitled to determine the time within a stipulated period and/or the place of taking delivery, give the seller sufficient notice thereof.B.8.
