Now it's time to go back to the question of cultural interaction. Culture is a group of people developing a unique way of life. And it's a process that changes and is redefined over time and interacts. Cross-culturalism is therefore about giving many voices from different backgrounds the opportunity to express their views on the subject under review in their own way. And with these views, thinking about the diversity of human experience in order to seek clues to a more adequate response to the state of emergency in human life, this method is called "postmodern". The cross-cultural approach, which places the greatest emphasis on diversity and is a response to pluralism, requires the recognition of three basic principles: continuity, multi-angle and true participation. As far as principles are concerned, every act and every belief must be taken into account within the framework in which it occurs. Otherwise, it is pointless or unseinsable, even though the environment is not the criterion for decision. There can be no complete explanation for any experience in cross-cultural pastoralism.

The principle of genuine participation is based on a common concern for the integrity of the "other party" and affirms the right of all to participate in discussions and review issues on their own terms, recognizing that each approach has its advantages and disadvantages. For cross-cultural consultation, it requires people to be aware of meaning in different values and beliefs and to have the ability to "think and feel" differences. Every human person is in certain respects: 1. LIKE ALL OTHERS 2. LIKE SOME OTHERS 3. LIKE NO OTHER. From this point of view, we are all dependent on the environment to grow people, is our own environment to shape us. But we will only share ideas and behaviors with people in the same context. At the same time, we are all independent individuals, thinking about each other. But the best way between this universality and cultural uniqueness is between the two. But it is the author himself who cannot completely avoid misunderstandings or mistakes due to personal limitations.

Postmodernism and postcolonialism are the two pillars of modernity. One of the hallmarks of postmodernism is the fascination with change, with multiple positions and opinions considered very important. Postmodernism tends to encourage interdisciplinaryism. It is precisely because the boundaries and themes of various disciplines are questioned by postmodernists in any case that dialogue between them can achieve some approximate reality. Postcolonialism and postmodernism have a lot in common. Postcolonial studies are a way of integrating the text, history and cultural expressions of societies that are disturbed and changed by the historical realities of colonized existence"
